Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use Referral Network (referralnetwork.in). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. The service
Referral Network connects job seekers, referrers, employers and recruitment agencies. We provide tools to post and find jobs, ask for and give referrals, manage candidates and track applications. We do not employ you, we are not a party to any hiring decision or contract, and we do not guarantee any interview, job, hire, referral or payment.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or over and give accurate information.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- We may ask you to verify your email address before you can apply, refer or post.
- One person should not run multiple accounts to mislead others.
3. What you must not do
- Post fake, misleading, discriminatory or illegal jobs, or jobs that ask candidates to pay money.
- Upload false documents or claim an identity, employer or qualification that is not yours.
- Share another person's personal data without permission, or use candidate data for anything other than hiring.
- Spam, harass, scrape or attack the service, or try to bypass its security or limits.
- Use the service to bypass an agency's submission, or to contact a candidate whose details are protected, in breach of the agreement shown in the product.
4. Jobs and referrals
- Job posts are written by employers, agencies and community members. We run checks and may remove or hold posts, but we cannot verify every post. Never pay money, share OTPs or bank details to apply for a job.
- Jobs shared by community members are not verified by the employer or by us unless stated.
- Referrals are made by individuals at their own judgment. Referral rewards, if any, are set out in the product at the time and may change.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to run the service, including showing your profile to employers and recruiters when you apply or share it. You promise you have the right to upload it.
6. AI features
AI features give automated suggestions that may be wrong. You are responsible for decisions you make using them. If you add your own AI key, you are responsible for charges and terms with that provider.
7. Credits
Credits are points for activity on the platform. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and we may change or end the programme or adjust balances if we find misuse.
8. Suspension and ending
We may warn, limit, suspend or remove accounts or content that break these terms or put others at risk. You can stop using the service or ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing referrals@referralnetwork.in.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the actions of other users, employers or recruiters, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which is zero for free use).
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms. Important changes will be announced in the app or by email.
11. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction. Contact: referrals@referralnetwork.in.
